This exclusive breakfast aims to explore the connection between gender stereotypes in leadership and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Leveraging insight from the Reykjavik Index for Leadership, this session will discuss how the progress that SDGs aim for can only be sustainable and achievable if stereotypes are overcome. What needs to be done to make it acceptable for men to be the prime caretakers at home and women the CEOs?
